err=32 means no such object.  That is, ou=Group,dc=cognifide,dc=pl does 
not exist.  In your file above, you have

suffix          "dc=vuw,dc=ac,dc=nz"

Do you have ou=Groups,dc=vuw,dc=ac,dc=nz ?
