Japanese Translation

The software translation refer to the po files for each software 
packages. The module name for it is "translate". You can find out the 
current translate status on:

http://carolina.mff.cuni.cz/~trmac/fedora-i18n.html

It's strongly advised that you declare what you intend to 
update/translate before starting working on something to avoid 
overwriting each other's work.
