There's also the /usr/share/doc/postfix-2*/README-Postfix-SASL-RedHat.txt
stuff. John's done a great job of updating that from Postfix 1 to Postfix 2.  
It'd be a great start for conversion to a "How to set up STARTTLS and SMTP
AUTH with Postfix" tutorial

Along the same lines, a tutorial on integrating spamassassin with postfix 
using spamd (rather than procmail) would be nice....
