i am not sure its illegal for *users* in US to
download a mp3 player and use it. redhat probably
doesnt feel safe to distribute an mp3 player but how
about instructing users how to do it. is that really
illegal?. how about xmms or others offering to
download a coded and play it?. someone should probably
clarify this
