RPM of latest nxml-mode?

I noticed that James Clark released a more recent version of nxml-mode
on 2004-07-26.

Has anyone packaged this yet?

(There's an interaction problem between nxml-mode and VC that I'm
trying to track down; I'd like to test against the most recent
nxml-mode before sending a bug report...)
