Of course you may. :)

When it is ready, I suggest posting a link to this list.  Some will
volunteer to edit (grammar, spelling, technical).  Do you need help with
the DocBook XML?

I would say that having three editors review a contribution would be
sufficient.  I think this process is ad hoc at the moment.
