I came up with a better arrangement that also incorporates another piece
of Karsten's previous process work -- a document lifecycle plan. Keep
in mind the Guide is not just for the authors, but also for reference of
editors and such. But I agree completely that the "get involved"
section needed to have that part axed, and I did so. I put the DocBook
pitch down in the tools section where it belongs.
