When I try to do the manual search for my key on pgp.mit.edu using
the instructions here:

http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/DocsProject/UsingGpg/WithEvolution

The server responds immediately, and I can pick the correct key (it's
#1), but it times out while trying to fetch it.

Quite odd, indeed.
