Wiki freeze for DUG today

As I explained on #fedora-docs, I am unable to do the PHOTO section of the
DUG. I currently do not own a digital camera. "Stickster" volunteered to do
an FC5 version and then convert it to FC6 after the freeze.

I thanked him for his assistance. Meanwhile, I'll try to borrow a digital
camera from a friend in a few weeks and see if I can come up with something
that I can add to it.
