1. Get edit rights

2. Paste the content properly into the correct places in
Docs/Drafts/AdministrationGuide
3. Post back to the list a request for wider feedback
Be prepared for some or all of the feedback to be visible to all.

Dimitri -- That is good. For the moment, why don't you grab the
Technical Editor role for that section? If the section needs two
writers, you can contribute there, as well.
All -- If you see anything missing from the outline/table of contents,
let's talk about what to add. The writing team has the lead on deciding
on what to keep or not.
