Hi,

In the latest release notes, section id "sn-package-notes" is
used twice. This duplication makes the HTML output broken.

[prompt]$ grep sn-package-notes *-en.xml
PackageChanges-en.xml:  <section id="sn-package-notes">
PackageNotes-en.xml:<section id="sn-package-notes">
