Actually, I believe he is referring to the new Multimedia section of the wiki.

I started this new section with a copy 'n' paste from the Multimedia beat, but 
it contains additional material and several original pages.

In this case, the information in the Desktop User Guide should probably 
resemble what is currently in the Multimedia beat.  The Multimedia beat needs 
additional details that can best be provided by packagers as the FC6 release 
approaches, and those details will probably not need to go in the Desktop 
User Guide.  Both of the beat and the guide should point to the new 
Multimedia section for further reading, including the more sensitive 
information that the Multimedia section now provides.  The Multimedia section 
will need a lot of further writing, but it already has enough information to 
be useful.
