Let's hold off until the test2 freeze passes, so we can avoid churning
up any problems for Jesse until after we get the test2 translations in.
I realize they will be incomplete, but it's the price we pay for the
timing. The "feature freeze" for test2 should not have an impact on
release notes, so we can fix this later this week after the ISO spin and
the freeze is released. Does that sound sensible to everyone?

I'm not really concerned about the impact on other docs; the packaging
-- as Tommy's well aware -- is a hacky mess perpetrated by Yours Truly,
but thankfully not yet in use anywhere. The process of getting a
fedora-release-notes packaging routine ready has been a bit of a
secondary education for me on how to do this better on a global basis.
I think what's in the release-notes module is a good start and will
allow us to do away with a lot of the ugly XSLT required for the
previous incarnation. We should probably think about doing away with %
changelog stuff in rpm-info, which is not a big deal thanks to Tommy's
DTD design, and simply putting a .spec file in the top-level directory
for a doc. This would mimic the usage in most software repositories,
including Fedora, and would simplify and beautify everything.

Just some thoughts... more to come as I get time; this past weekend and
the week ahead are going to be wicked busy for me. Cheers all!
