Fedora FAQs in Docs?

I think the idea of including it in fedora-release-note would be as a
separate HTML file, *not* as part of the release note HTML itself.

We need to update our Wiki to the latest MoinMoin code, that support the
output to XML with fixes that Mikko has been working on for his Summer
of Code project.

Fedora Infrastructure has the action for the upgrade and is working on
it.  We'll get updates from the OTRS ticket:
