merging PO files from i18n.redhat.com

Can you make sure that the PO in cvs.fedoraproject.org is the latest?

That is probably a good idea; we would have directed everyone to do that
if we were sure that we could get the PO files into and out of that
system.

For test3, we should work in i18n.r.c for translation of relnotes.
We'll make plans accordingly and announce them here in advance.
