Entities change

Excuse the reply to myself.  Please keep in mind that *ALL* documents
using the affected entity -- &FDP; -- are going to be affected.  You may
suddenly find that documents that looked complete before will now have
an untranslated paragraph in the middle of the text.  Chances are you
used the &FDP; entity in that content, and since its English (en_US)
value is now "Fedora Documentation Project" and not the incorrect
"Fedora Docs Project," the translation must be updated appropriately.
