Essential Fedora Software Catalog - good task for you?

Here is a document in draft stage that could be finished and ready for
FC 5 or just after;

The focus is just to tell people about general and essential
applications they may not be aware of.

Anyone or small team interested in finishing this?  We can do it as our
first formal Fedora document on the Wiki (meaning at wiki/Docs).
