The content freezes tomorrow.  I anticipate having it in CVS able to
make .po files at 23:59 UTC Wed.

Tommy is working on the build side of the module.  It is handled
differently than other documentation XML.

I'll include details on checking out and making the files work properly
when we announce the press release as ready tomorrow.
