Navigation links for DUG Draft pages

Not one of which I'm aware.  If no one has objections, and you decide to
create these links, try to make it something (1) simple, (2) homologous,
and (therefore?) (3) easy to deal with programmatically, i.e. with a
processing script.  That's my only suggestion!
