The "cvsdocs" group controls access only to the Docs CVS:
http://cvs.fedoraproject.org/docs.shtml
I think there is a different group for access to i18n.redhat.com CVS.
We agree that this is confusing, and a problem. We have been asking the
responsible parties for some time to help craft a new system, but it's
still pending.
