Oh, yeah, Will, forgot to get that URL in front of you.  So there it is,
recently refreshed to make a bit more sense.

The keys are:

i.  We have six super-easy ways to get content into the release notes
ii.  We have one super-easy way for *everyone* to help edit those notes
iii. Content and translations get at least one test release for
community vetting
