Outdated docs package list page

Karsten did remove these from the repo:

This may require some manual surgery, one or more of:
1. trimming the package-list/ directory manually from the server
2. clearing any front-side cache, proxy, etc.
3. ensuring the server is not checking empty directories out (i.e.
should it use 'cvs -P' option?)
