You still need to sign the contributor license agreement (CLA); that is
required for wiki edit, and the only way we have right now is to have
you sign the CLA with your GPG key.

Have you done 'Request the Contributor License Agreement' from here?

Hmm ... it's working for me.  I'm not using any special proxy that might
interfere.

Can anyone else see/not see that page?
