Getting into specifying local brands and such choices seems out of scope
for the Fedora Project.

Our content is under the OPL, and a perfect reuse would be for a local
group to combine it with region-specific information.  It seems to me
that group would be outside of Fedora, but it could be a LUG or similar
group.
