Some of the most important changes were imported to the POT several days
ago so the translators could work on them.  They will be included in the
ISO spin.  You can see the actual content at:

Already done.

Already planned.

Yes, this should be easy enough, but it is highly dependent on the
translation teams.  After the ISO drop next week:

* "Unfreeze" CVS for XML and POT/PO updates
* Notify the translators about plans for an update
* Set deadline for PO content, can be as late as 24-48 hours before
final release
* Gather and publish updates to web immediately, coordinate package
release with RelEng
