I think training is a good idea, I did one training session for puppet 
over VOIP - http://mmcgrath.fedorapeople.org/PuppetTraining.ogg 
http://mmcgrath.fedorapeople.org/PuppetTraining.odp With a little more 
polish I think it'd be very useful.
