Referencing Menus in Documentation

If you are writing in the en_US locale, use the en_US names for menus
and menu items.  Make sure you look at
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/WikiEditing#Marking_Technical_Terms for
information on how to mark up GUI instructions.
