Moin 1.6 Upgrade

Hi Yuan,

First of all you should keep this url [1] bookmarked (its where we are
tracking everything).
The wiki we are asking to be checked it's a test instance [2], which we used
to upgrade from our current Moin-1.5.8 to Moin-1.6.1

This instance will not become live, when we set a date for the live upgrade,
we will inform everyone and make sure that the wiki is set to read-only :)
The RecentChanges have already the problem identified and it should be fixed
pretty soon(tm)
