Hi Bart,

Thanks very much for your help, and thanks for fixing those. I will
try to get as much as I can done before bed tonight, but will probably
go early and try to get it finished in the morning (I have until 10am
here).

Karsten and Paul finished all the wiki editing, so it only needs to be
converted to XML. The current status is here:
