Security Guide: Encryption Chapter ready for editing

Done.

Based on the audience, I think we might want to add notes about the
limitations of each method.  Something like:
====Full Disk Encryption Limitations====
Full disk encryption solutions like LUKS will not protect against
compromise while the computer is on.  Once you enter your password and
LUKS decrypts the disk the files in the disk are now available to
anyone on the system who has permission to access the files.

If you agree, I will do it on the train home tonight.
