Cute titles

I definitely liked the new major-area organization A LOT.  I was
thinking about translators and trying to standardize the titles a bit.
Maybe something like this:

"Important Facts About Multimedia"
"What is New for System Administrators"
"What is New on the Desktop"
"What is New for Power Users"
"What is New for Developers"
"How to Deal with Bugs and Problems"
"Legal and Administrative Information"
