And so it is.  Adam, thanks for the great work.  I edited, tweaked a bit, added URLs, pruned, and reduced to only two exclamation points.  Hopefully you find that emphasized the quality of the work by removing diluting content. :)

How does everyone like this "final" version?  Ready to:

* Push it to Release Engineering to use?
* Push to L10n/Ambassadors for localized use?
