RPM -qi returns a bad URL.

The correct one is:
   https://fedorahosted.org/smolt/  

http://hosted.fedoraproject.org/projects/smolt

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.rpm -qi smolt
2.yum info smolt
3. read it and attempt to follow the URL
Actual Results:  
This project either does not exists or does not have a trac instance
