Removing inactive members from the Docs FAS Group

No reason you couldn't, but I'd suggest you send a courtesy note prior
to the removal just to explain why they're being removed, and giving
them a link to follow if they want to get involved again in the
future.  "Prior to" could be as little as immediately before.
