colophon and contributors in rel notes

To tell the truth, I had intended to delete that list at the beginning in
F11, but never got around to it. In F10, we had a devil of a time getting
that list nearly complete, and on F11, the list was nowhere near complete.
Many beat writers were omitted, as were all the translators. It was so hard
to get everyone it seemed better to drop the list than to overlook someone.

On the other hand, I do like recognizing the contributors, especially the
translators who do so much hard work. I suspect Dmitris could give us a
list of translators and I could probably keep track of the beat writers, so
that might not be such a tough thing to do.

Let's add that to the agenda for the next meeting.
