Short meeting today.  I have an earliest-I-could-get doctor appointment
at 1:30 my times, so I have to cut out after about 20 minutes.

   - This is first in case there is something we need to discuss as a
group while I am present.

   - No new applications, one pending denied due to lack of activity
   - We want to move everything up one level

   - Status check
     - Style guidelines posted

3. Process update
   - Writers assignment improvements
   - Tracking of open docs
