In my finite wisdom I asked you to be our CVS administrator.  Now I can
safely defer to your wisdom.  Which seems wise to me.  Just don't ask
what "which" refers to, and we're safe.

Also, until the repository gets to be _huge_, retooling should we change
our minds won't be that big of a thing.

'Sides, you mainly convinced me.  I like the convenience of included
modules, but we'll live the other way, too.  Also, what you propose is
closest to the current status quo.  So be it.  IIABDFI.

Carry on.

Other than the (minor) changes I made, is there anything else?  If not,
you're welcome to another edit iteration against this list, or to make
up a final and kick it out of the nest.
