meeting 30 minutes earlier today

Both Paul and I could use the meeting to start 30 minutes earlier, at
4:30 pm PDF/7:30 pm EDT. As it is, I have to leave by 5:15 PDT. But
since Paul and I are the only ones to have attended the last few
meetings ... :) ... I figure that gives us a one-time, last-minute time
switch.

Now that Tommy is online, maybe the new time works. Or we have to bump
it forward another hour. Or?
