Need ifo on Educational packages

A bad way of doing this might be using yum info and then passing the
output to a file to check for "Education" :) or, perhaps easier would be
to use comps.xml

The other kludge is to create a kickstart that has GNOME (say) ;) and
only the Educational packages selected and do a spin from that
