[Fedora-electronic-lab] submenus for electronics-menu

Hello there,

Last time I have patched electronics-menu to support submenus.

Yesterday, Rex Deiter and I've fixed the missing "Analog/Mixed Signal"
submenu on KDE. I have pushed this submenu supported electronics-menu
to fedora stable. In your next update you will find your FEL apps
properly aligned based on a possible design flow.
