[Fedora-electronic-lab] EL-5 comps versus FEL collection

Hello there,
Thanks to the EPEL-5 repository, CentOS-5, Scientific-Linux-5 and
RHEL-5 users can now install EDA packages under the FEL umbrella with:

# yum groupinstall 'Electronic Lab'

(similar to what fedora users are doing)
