Rollo con Gparted en FC4

Hola:

Según los mensajes te falta instalar al menos el compilador C. Instala gcc. Es 
probable que también necesites otras bibliotecas de desarrollo;  el propio 
programa configure te irá indicando qué bibliotecas te faltan.

De todas formas en 

http://rpm.pbone.net/index.php3/stat/4/idpl/2451744/com/gparted-0.0.9-3.fc4.i386.rpm.html

tienes un binario precompilado que, salvo que tengas algunas necesidades muy 
concretas, es la mejor opción.
