Is something wrong with CVS?

OK, I found the problem. I forgot to download the cert on my newly 
installed build system. Many thanks to Michael Fleming for pointing this 
out. Sorry to bug everyone else. Let this be a reminder to anyone 
setting up CVS on a new system.
