- Upgrade from NSA
	* Drop verbose output on fixfiles -C from Dan Walsh.
	* Fix argument handling in fixfiles from Dan Walsh.
	* Enhance boolean support in semanage, including using the .xml description when available, from Dan Walsh.
- Fix handling of final screen in polgengui
