- Upgrade to dhcpv6-1.0.15, major changes:
      Check DUID and IAID for duplicate host entries
      Do not include Interface-ID option in RELAY-REPL messages
      Use the last 4 bytes of the MAC address to generate new IAIDs
      Handle multiple nameservers in option 23 in DHCPv6 reply
      Do not modify /etc/radvd.conf from dhcp6c(8)
