These desktop files should go upstream in the IcedTea repository, and they 
should refer to "OpenJDK" not "Java".  The TryExec fields should be removed and 
Exec should be hard-coded to point directly to the OpenJDK variant of the tool, 
since /usr/bin/{jconsole,policytool} are alternatives-managed.  Should these 
really be in the "Development" category?
