* Mon Jun  8 2009 Ville Skyttä <ville.skytta at iki.fi> - 1.6.4-4
- Start agent after and shut down before proxy and server by default.
- Include database schemas also in -proxy-* docs.
- Make buildable on EL-4 (without libcurl, OpenIPMI).
- Reformat description.
