At least for sylpheed there is an update available and I would like to work on it. I was talking to Michael Schwendt about this for a couple of days now: I may not have been one of the most active fedora.us developers but since a moved a couple of weeks ago I have a lot more free time to do packaging. Some of my current stuff which I would like to add to fc3-extras is at my homepage sitting around and I am pretty much idle at this time. So I would really like to get going. I don't know if I am trustworthy enough or not. That is for others to decide but I sure would like to contribute. Do what ever you need to do, ask whatever you need to know and maybe I can then start working. I sure would love to. Yes, that part of the problem -- with only x86_64 it builds fine. Seems the included libtool has a bug, compiling it with /usr/bin/libtool instead seems to fix it. Will try to look deeper into it and create a patch on monday that fixed this. I can also update it to 2.8.1 while at it. But standard-build with a ~/.rpmmacrocs created with fedora-buildrpmtree also fails on x86_64 during rpatch check (/usr/lib64 hardcoded in /usr/bin/ghex2 IIRC). Don't know how to fix this (if we want to fix it).
