Web server MIME types (was: Fedora Extras Development Package Report)

Files that end in .rpm.log on the server have a MIME type of
application/x-rpm, whereas files that end in just .log have a MIME type
of text/plain. Who do I speak to about having them both return
text/plain so that both types are viewable in the browser instead of
having Firefox want to open/save the .rpm.log files locally?
