Fedora Extras: Get involved more easily!

Well, I think that I solved my problem.  It seems that the automated
system has problems with GPG keys that have multiple IDs.  I changed my
email address on the web pages to my old email address (which is one of
the IDs of my key) and resubmitted the signed CLA.  This time it went
through.
